Charla F. Cygan, RN, BSN, MOL
Charla Cygan has been the Patient Safety Coordinator for ProMedica Health System since 2002. Received diploma in nursing from the Toledo Hospital School of Nursing; BSN from the University of Toledo; and a master's degree in organizational leadership from Lourdes College. Experiences include medical-surgical, critical care, and home care nursing; senior level instructor in critical care curriculum at Toledo Hospital School of Nursing; and ten years at the Jobst Vascular Center. One of four team members on the State of Ohio's Patient Safety Improvement Corps sponsored by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Veteran's Administration in 2004-2005.
